Don't confuse motion with progress. That is essential what happens if your strategy isn't focused on achieving a specific result.
So get SMART first: Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant & Timely Objectives come before strategy formulation. Otherwise you are just running in circles. And who wants to do that?
