Vera Moldt is Vice President of Business Development and Contracts at iNPD Center, Inc. Vera brings a proven track record of developing new business and strategic alliances for technology based companies ranging from large scale defense contractors to entrepreneurial startups.

As Business Developer Manager for Hughes Aircraft Company, Vera was responsible for identification, management and development of new proposals that resulted in new business opportunities with values in excess of $600M. Her collateral duties included providing technical assistance to small companies under the DOD Mentor Protégé Company. At General Atomic Inc, Vera negotiated and administered domestic and international contracts with individual values in excess
of $325 Million.

As Vice President, Corporate Development at Ambient Control Systems, a small technology company, Vera made presentations to legislative, industry and company groups to obtain exposure for the company’s power management technology, including testifying to the United States Congress Armed Services Committee on Research and Development. Vera successfully won and negotiated contracts with the Army and SOCOM to develop alternative energy sources to support remote
surveillance missions.

As a Speaker at national and international conferences, Vera has presented her published papers on Remote Sensing for Homeland Defense/Emergency Response; Battery-Free Power for Unattended Ground Sensors (UGS); and Battery-Free power for Unattended Ground Sensors for Persistent Surveillance Missions.

Vera holds a BA in Economics from University of Illinois, Urbana, IL and MBA graduate studies from the University of Santa Clara, CA.
